Dream Lab Foundation is a youth development charity helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds dream about what’s possible for their lives.

We partner with charities, schools, and community organisations to equip young people with the essential tools to identify and pursue good dreams. Through our programmes and research, we aim to ignite positive change in the lives of young people and their communities and, in doing so, contribute to building a better world.

Through our evidence-based Dream Lab® programme, young people are given the tools and supportive environment to envision a positive future and establish a clear path forward. Research indicates that a strong future orientation is vital for psychological well-being and many positive social outcomes.

We help young people build the psychological and social competencies needed to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life, and to pursue their dreams throughout their lives. This includes skills and tools, as well as attitude and mindset.
